AMAZINGLY good food. We are staying at the Wyndham down the street and stumbled upon it waiting for our room. I wish we were staying here longer to enjoy this amazing food! I loved the outdoor seating and the multiple options for ordering food. I did ask for sour cream and ketchup and didn’t get it which wasn’t a big deal, so I didn’t even say anything. But if I would have said anything to the staff they would have made it right. Must try when in San Diego!

We stopped by for dinner midweek. Found this place across from our hotel. I ordered the Triple Threat pork sandwich. Pulled pork, pork snitchel, and bacon on a Brioshe bun. The sandwich was good, but the pulled pork was dry, as it was reheated on a flat top grill, making the sandwich a bit less flavorful as it could have been. The atmosphere and service were very good.

I’d highly recommend this place to drink and eat. Open bar service ocean on one side and road on another. Lovely weather and its perfect 😀 Must try south salad and Baja fish tacos. Cheers!!

I visited here for the first time in a long time when I heard Chef Hanis was coming back for a one off pop up Collab. His food (all of it is his food) never disappoints and today’s specials were worth the trip. Happy that the Shack is still doing good business. Even if there’s only one location now.

Food was surprisingly good. The spicy chicken sandwich was two thin patties, coated and fried u til crisp. The kid chicken tenders were large enough for a adult

This place is chef’s kiss. Got the steak sandwich based on the cashier’s recommendation (didn’t catch his name) but boy was he right. It is literally one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. It taste soooo good and the little salsa it comes brings it to the next level.

Live music, good food, pet friendly and walking distance from the beach🌴Had a blast in San Diego and they had a Dj playing the classics. Great time overall and the prices were reasonable ✌🏽

Conveniently located right across the street from the Intercontinental hotel, and along the Embarcadero. The portion sizes are very generous and the tortilla size is larger than a standard taco, but smaller than burrito size. I ordered the carnitas tacos and a side of chips and guacamole and compared to the litany of taco joints in San Diego, this food pales in comparison. Carnitas and tortillas looked great, but were a touch too dry. But it was close by and satisfied my craving for Mexican food. Plenty of public outdoor seating along the waterfront or under an arbor. You order at a kiosk (credit card only) and pick up your order at a window.

What a cool place. We came down to see #djmikewhite and we’re so glad we did. You couldn’t beat the weather but then again hey, it IS San Diego. What was a pleasant surprise was the VIBE. A chill, outdoor bar with additional seating for grub. The bartenders were attentive, the service was prompt and the food was actually really good. We had the southwest salad and steak quesadilla. They were generous with the avocado slices and the salsa but back - loved it. We opted to sit in the sunshine near the DJ booth and it was great. Warm sun kisses and cool breeze. A definite repeat and thanks for the invite to check the place out Mike!

Ate here a few times while we were staying at the Intercontinental. It is literally across the street. The food is damn good and the views even better. One night there was even a salsa band and dancing happening close by. The staff were awesome and very enthusiastic when they called your name for order pickup. I felt like a celebrity lol. The food came out fast and fresh. Highly recommend eating here!!
