It was busy, and I was just one person, so I sat at the bar. The bartender was very attentive. The house margarita was great, and although it was happy hour and finger food available, I ordered dinner. I had a few chips and salsa from the happy hour offerings, and the salsa was delicious, with just the right amount of heat. I had a shrimp dish, and the portion was enormous! The shrimp were plentiful, and it had so much yummy flavor. I recommend this place if you're hungry for a great meal.
The food was perfect! The manager, Filberto came out and addressed my food allergy (Anaphylactic- Seafood) concerns. The service was above my expectation.. The waitress made my visit special!! Try the Mango Margarita's!! Best place to eat!!!
First time experience was not very good, it was EXTREMELY good!! Chips and salsa were good. Chicken enchilada was good, rice and beans were good. It was fun how they presented the rice in the chip bowl. It gave the plate some height, and made the presentation nice. Beef fajitas were good. The kids meal fried fish was good, they were light and crispy. Atmosphere was super fun, it was a gorgeous evening, and the space heater lamps turned on and felt nice against the small chill in the evening air. Flags and colored lights, as well as umbrellas made for a beautiful setting. Staff was friendly. We will definitely come back!

This place is great. Expect a wait to get in because it’s pretty popular. The food is great and they serve big portions. The margaritas are amazing. The ambiance is a fun and happy environment. The live music adds to the experience. I did have have an issue with my order but they were able to fix it. I recommend the fish tacos and their shrimp mango tacos.
We were there for lunch. The place was nicely decorated. The waiting time is short and there were a lot of options for Mexican food. The portion is huge. Not sure how authentically Mex this place is but it is worth 5 star for the ambiance and the prompt service. It has free flow of corn tortilla chips.
Great food and great margaritas! I tried to make a substitution and our waiter talked me out of it and he was SO right!! We had a large group but the food came out lightening fast. Definitely sit outside - they have patio heaters and it’s wonderful!
A true Mexican experience. The decore, the mariachi band, the setup, the clothes of the servers, the food and the taste will remind you of Mexico.
Their drinks are humongous and tasty, the margaritas lime or strawberry are delicious , the crystalline is as good a well.
The fajita, both chicken and beef is amazing, their beef burrito and tacos are out of this world.
All their plates are larges, so pack a good appetite.

We have visited this place during our visit to San Diego, we have ordered Chicken Tortilla soup to start with which gave us more craving on the food. Flattered with their margaritas, chicken tacos and polo enmole tastes authentic.
Kids will enjoy this restaurant. I loved the setup for patio seating. I am definitely visiting this place on my next visit.
What a pleasant surprise in San Diego. Ordered the beef fajitas and were enough for the heartiest of appetites. A trio of musicians entertained us thru dinner. Left over takeout for both of us. Clean and just what you expect from a Mexican restaurant - great service, ample food and more
