I just go for the western or double western burger when I feel like splurging on fast food.

The workers assume and very helpful! They had great attitudes and they never made me feel like I was being rushed. I really didn't know what I wanted to order. The bathroom was very clean!! The was hot and tasty and just what I ordered

The cashier was super fed up with working the day I went. Almost like he hated me for coming in to order a meal.
It's been over 20 years since I had a Carl's JR burger. So, I was excited to finally find one to try it again. I remember those super delicious $5 burgers.
... It was not as I remembered.
The burger barely tasted like a burger. It was like the difference between a school cafeteria patty versus the best meaty tasting burger ever.
It was just a big burger.
How did they make the burger patty taste so bland?
The restaurant was super understaffed, messy tables with sleeping homeless. I really wish I had a better experience while jogging down memory lane. But, it was filling and I was hungry, so it fulfilled its purpose.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They ignored me fit like 10 minutes. The food was ready and they're didn't put attention, by the time they give my burger was little bit cold. One employee was looking for another employee, he was screaming her name. I think he say she was hidden somewhere. Just remember it's a lot of bilingual persons we understand what are saying. TERRIBLE.

Food Order was correct and fast! The employees had to deal with a drunk person walking into the kitchen and they handled it very well. They definitely need at least two more people working there. It can’t just be them two doing everything. Overall, a great experience.

I went there at 7:55 pm and ordered dine-in, not realizing it was 5 minutes before closing, but they were gracious and told me to take my time. What great service!
