Marcy's Mexican Food

This place is a gem! It's located next to another Mexican shop. If you are stuck in between picking this or the corner. Pick this spot. Price is on point and the food has so much flavor!!!! Here you don't have to add salsa to make it taste great. It already does! We got the breakfast burrito along with the "Mexican" burrito. Which is ham with special Pico. Super juicy. It's making me hungry as I write this post. What made the visit nice was the workers were super nice. The lady spoke to me in Spanish because I am hispanic and she wished me a great day. It felt genuine. This place doesn't have a restroom. But it's okay. There's one at the park!

Marcy’s was the highlight of our San Diego trip! We would go there every day for their delicious fish tacos, churros, horchatas, and even brought French toast one morning. The service was always exceptional and the staff were so kind. The location right next to the beach is so convenient. There are a few other taco shops on the same strip but Marcy’s was by far the best for the value and quality! Highly recommend. Looking forward to coming here in any future trips to San Diego.

Here on vacay with my Girl Scout troop and on the way back from mission beach we stopped here. The churros and mini tacos are a bit over priced. A churro like 3 stores down was over a $1 cheaper and looked better. My girls didn’t really eat their churros. I got a carnitas taco (street mini) and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Extremely moist and full of flavor. Once I added the red hot sauce, OMG…. Even better!!! I wanted to try the elote but it was over priced for me. Highly recommend the taco but not the churros. :)
