Aha Sushi

My husband took me here today for Mother’s Day because I’ve been dying for sushi and it was the best experience. They were well prepared and had everything set up for take out only. They had paper menus that we were able to keep and order from. The woman up front was very nice and accommodating, and offered us free drinks as soon as we walked in. We ordered 5 sushi rolls and it was about a 30 min wait which we didn’t mind at all considering there were others already waiting before us plus they were on top of everything and super nice. While we were waiting the woman working up front came up to me and gave me a box with puzzles in it and said it’s to do during quarantine and wished me a happy Mother’s Day. It was so sweet. Once our food was done they thanked us for being patient and waiting and right before I walked out the woman also offered me a free hand sanatizer. So nice! Haha we walked back home and ate and maybe it’s because I was hungry but the sushi tasted amazing and considering the service and shushi quality we will most definitely be going back on our sushi dates❤️ if you’re in the San Clemente area and are craving sushi I would 1,000% recommend coming to this aha sushi restaurant it’s very worth it!

This place is now known as the San Clemente Sushi Company. But it is still absolutely delicious and is one of my favorite places to go whenever I come up to visit my friends. Fresh fish with nice, thick, and meaty slices for Sashimi, which is the platter I normally end up getting. Friendly staff with a casual kind of ambiance over all.

This is a great little sushi place with quality fish. The ahi was fresh, hamachi was delicious and the salmon was too. When we went it was not crowded and the staff was helpful. It seems like the perfect spot to go on a date. The location is nice and the restaurant is clean. Parking is limited but I did not have any trouble finding a stall.

Not a sushi connoisseur by any means but i enjoy it and eat it probably once a week. Went to Aha for lunch and it was delicious. Best salmon I've had in the area...lots of great specialty rolls and the classics as well...menu had pictures of the rolls as well as inner/outer ingredients (strange detail to include in a review but I thought it was a nice touch)...staff was nice and very attentive...will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff who are happy to suggest a new thing for you to try. I only really eat nigiri style, and they still manage to put creative spins on that. Their suggestions were very different from regular nigiri sushi, and I was supremely impressed. I miss living close to this place, but it is definitely better for my wallet. I would always want to eat here! It may be my favorite sushi spot ever.
