My Girl and I came in and split a Hot Italian Sandwich. It was excellent. Bread was perfect. We also enjoyed the valentine's day decorations. We look forward to going back.

The quiche was excellent and so was the 2 wraps we tried. Fresh food at good prices. Staff is friendly. Having to order then go sit down and never get checked on isn't ideal because it gives you a feel of a cheap fast food place when the food is much better than fast food.

As always, the Calypso is a true paradise! We've been going there for many years and love the awesome people there and great, healthy food. A must visit anytime you're in San Clemente on Del Mar. The old hotel is very cool too, except it's apartments now days.

My.new favorite spot! The indoor and outdoor atmosphere is so welcoming (and fun! Decorated for the holidays) and relaxing--it feels like home. The food is SOOO tasty: breakfast sandwiches healthy lunch wraps, warmed up pastries and fresh smoothies and a great coffee selection--I wouldn't go anywhere else now that I found Cafe Calypso! Plus, the staff were so helpful and friendly and nice from start to finish, it was a great visit for my girls, my mom and myself. We'll definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu and enjoy the comfortable, homey environment ❤️

Fabulous food and great cafe environment as well! The seasonal options are excellent, the strawberry salad is delicious. The food is made with love and fresh. The courtyard has lots of plants and umbrellas to protect your complexion. Great local spot and place to relax. Save your receipt to get the bathroom key.

A wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. I was shocked at how delicious my meals were and the staff was super friendly. It is a great place to sit and read in the warm sun.
