Patxi's Pizza

Two of the four items ordered did not arrive so I call. Whomever answers the phone is so unconcerned I’m speechless. “are you still there?” Ah yes well are you going to have somebody deliver the items that were missing? The driver has them. Call the driver. OK yeah we can’t call the driver we don’t have his number. Use the app. Ah yeah there’s no way to contact them anymore on the app. OK well that’s not our problem the driver picked up your items and they’re not here. The deep dish was weird. The crust was splitting. It was undercooked and mostly crust hardly any cheese. It was only made better by the fact that I put some pepperoni on it I had in the fridge and reheated it. The artichoke dip was dark and funky looking like it had been sitting out and oxidized. I’d tell you how the salad and wings were that were supposed to be but alas they never arrived. A total disappointment.

First ones to sit, only a couple sitting eating and ordered. Waited over 54 minutes to get the first pizza of two orders. Cold and tasted like a cold cracker with tomato sauce. Meanwhile it's getting packed. I asked to heat reheat it to be nice, but waitress said ILL TELL THE MANAGER! Great now I feel they will spit in my pizza. We did get a new one after 10 mins, but now we are still waiting for our second pizza. It's now 1 hour and 5 minutes. Meanwhile our waiterest has not return and we have no water, soda and beer....oh well..like this pizza but will go to another one instead

Patxi's Pizza has been one of my favorite pizza places for a while. This location is no different! The outdoor seating was open and we'll spaced out. The staff was very friendly and helped us out choosing our dish. The pizza came out within 30 minutes and was literally oozing with cheese. The crust was perfectly crunchy and there was generous amount of toppings. Highly recommend visiting if you're in the mood for a delicious pizza!

If you’re desperate for cheese and other toppings on cardboard (thin crust) this place is for you. Powder seasoning on wings was so overdone it was like eating sand with wings. On the other hand their meatball appetizer is fantastic and other food is very good. If I don’t take the poor thin crust into consideration I would give this place a 4. Today felt like giving it a 2. First time ever I have had only one slice of any pizza. The rest is going in the trash.

We tried the butter chicken deep dish pizza. Really great taste! I was full in just 1-1.5 slices as its pretty heavy but worth it! The staff is friendly. We went in covid times so it was comparatively empty but I have been here before covid and always crowded. The San Carlos downtown is generally calmer so good for a quiet evening
