Terrible service and ingredients are subpar. The Asian lady working is also very rude and yelled at me when asking what size sandwich I wanted. So in return, I made sure to steal a beverage and chips. Treat your guests better

If you have any kind of discount coupon don’t bother to try to redeem it here they have hung a Permanet sign system down no coupons! They are rude and give you attitude like they hate their job, place is filthy, they touch the register and procured to make me my sandwich, called corporate the don’t care ! Save you money and time don’t eat in this place !

Does not pay attention to online orders. For example they used the wrong cheese, smothered my sandwich in mayo instead of my choice of oil and vinegar, and other toppings nowhere to be seen. Cookies were completely wrong, too. Wasn’t worth heading back to get this fixed, but won’t come back to this location again.

The hours must be wrong because we got to this location at 9pm thinking they’d be open till 10pm and the door was locked.

I asked the lady to add extra meat to my sub, and I was declined because it was “too much meat”. I’ve never had an issue with this at any other subway besides this one, it’s an absolute joke. Never eating at this one again!!

Poor management. They're not interested in keeping loyal customers, just charging you extra for every little thing. I'll go to the Millbrae Subway instead.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The lady was in a bad mood and I asked for ONE swipe of siracha and she squeezed half the bottle and did a whole zig-zag ! Worst customer service ever !!
