I drove to this mall specifically for the cookies. They say they open at 10 a.m. when I showed up at 10:02, nobody was out front, there were no cookies in the case, and there was a hoodie on the table counter with a phone on top which was clearly playing the girl's personally R&B sensual pop "love" songs. She came out of the back after maybe 4 minutes of me being there and I said, " I thought you all open at 10?" She proceeded to put her apron on with a suprised look and said they she could offer me cookies baked the previous day because she hadn't started baking yet. I know this girl did not start on time. It's a bad look for the company. She seems sweet but her manager needs to either enforce being on time or hire someone else who can manage the store property and responsibilites
