Mini pretzels are always good, with or without the hot dogs. Also sometimes if you get there right as they close, they'll give an item for free if they have extras.

I went at 7:05 pm, and the clerk said they closed at 7pm. Google says they close at 9pm daily.
Lights are still on and drinks are still running, but no pretzels.

I normally would never complain about this place but seeing the face of a disappointed child makes it much easier to complain. My niece has food allergies, particularly allergic to butter. At Serramonte, the crew there were willing to make us a plain pretzel with no butter with salt. This team members on this day, not so much. And their excuse you ask? According to the young lady, " We are closing in an hour so we can't make you anything." Not a good excuse. We were potential customers and you were not even giving a care cuz of protocol or plain laziness? My niece still loves Auntie Anne's. Just not this one...

Really nice guy at the counter. The mini pretzels in a cup, with cinnamon, were worthy ever minute I had to spend at the gym afterwards

I love their hotdog pretzels so yummy place looks clean and the people that work there are polite

Incorrect hours across the board. Drove here to find it closed at 9pm weekdays, 7pm Sunday. 10pm is lies :(
