Terrible service, do not waste your time! Our order came out completely wrong (didn't take out mushrooms from one of the salads, and gnocchi pesto turned into meat tortellini with tomato sauce (which I do not eat)). We called and they said the gnocchi pesto would be there in 20 mins. Almost an hour later, we called and they said it was on the way. We asked for a refund for the pasta since we'd waited so long, but they refused. My husband asked to speak to the manager, and the guy hung up on us twice, and then refused to answer the phone again. It's been over 2 hours since our original order, (and 90 mins after they said the pasta was coming), and they still haven't showed. Had they at least told me the order wasn't coming I could've had time to make some food. I finally gave up and am now eating a PB&J since it's too late to make food. We contacted Eat24 and are hoping they'll sort this out since they were unwilling to refund us for pasta we never got, but we certainly will never order from this place again!

Worst place I have ever ordered from. Person who took my order did not even ask for a name or a contact number. When we called them back to check on the status (after waiting for 2 hours), they said it was ready, but it was just sitting there because they were expecting us to call them back to provide them with the proper information. Shouldn't the employee have asked for that the first time around? Definitely the worst I have ever experienced. Maybe they should train their employees properly on how to take phone orders and ask for all the necessary information, or maybe get a phone with caller-ID so you can actually see who is calling you. When the food did get here, the orders were wrong. Friend ordered a calzone, and did not come with the tomato sauce. The menu said cheese calzone with tomato sauce. How the hell do you get that wrong? And her salad did not have all the ingredients that were listed on the menu. Maybe if you did not have someone who sounded 16 years old answer the call, and had someone more experienced take the order, then maybe you can get something done right.

We came here because we were in the area looking at baby stuff. Being newly pregnant I have a major aversion to anything with meat. I wanted to try the spinach pie, but I guess they no longer carry that. Instead the owner asked if I was vegetarian and I explained I was wanting dolma and something veggie that meat makes me sick. He offered to make me an off the menu special. When he brought out my plate it was beyond amazing. It was divided into 4 sections, rice, grilled eggplant, hummus, and a pile of Dolmas as well as a huge pile of pita and one flafel!!!. It was amazing and delish and both I am the bay loved it very much!!! When we were finished he even has us try this really yummy sweet cake like desert.. it was amazing and we will be going back.

We had the combo kebab plate so we could try the beef, kefta and chicken kebabs; I liked the chicken best, but all three meats were delicious. The hummus and rice were delectable, and only the thought that I needed to sleep tonight kept me from having more than one serving of the delicious arabica coffee. The baklava was a lovely finish. The service is not very quick, but it is very courteous and friendly, and you get your personal space for conversation. The prices are very reaonable, and I will certainly want to go back. Next time I think I'll try one of the meat pies.

I had a very terrible experience here. I placed an order for delivery, which they estimated would take about 45-60 minutes. It took over two hours, the order was wrong, the food was cold, and the pizza was burnt. The delivery person took my money, and then turned around and walked off without offering me change. When I called to complain, the person insisted that they were just having a bad night, apologized, and offered me a discount if I would try them again. But, the next time that I tried to order from them, I kept calling over and over again, over a long period of time, and they never answered. I may just be paranoid, but I fear that they may have blocked my number because they didn't want to have to give me the discount. Regardless, my previous experience was sorely disappointing.
