I wish that I could give it NEGATIVE 5 stars!!! The guy that just answered the the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me when I called to inquire about a specific product! I will never, ever, ever visit another location. I don’t care if I run out of gas, I’ll walk. It seems that they’re all the same! Very rude service and dismissive of customers! This is ridiculous! How can you even run a business this way? Please do better!!!!!!!

CARWASH IS TERRIBLE! Leaves your vehicle all wet after drying cycle. I paid for 10 dollar wash and still left water spots all over car. Waited for manager over 10 mins , employees there had no clue in how to help resolve the issue. SO UPSET I JUST LEFT, WILL NEVER NO GO TO THIS CARWASH AGAIN.
( Carwash machine doesn't even issue you a receipt to prove you purchased a car wash)

The only reason this particular store gets one star is because that is the only way that I am able to write a review. This store location employees some of the rudest employees I have ever met in customer service and this is coming from someone who has spent their life working in customer service. First time I visited the store one of the employees continuously blurted out the "B" word with children and customers present. Then today when I visited another employee very rudely stopped a customer and repeatedly said "you're mask get your mask get your mask" after she already apologized and had started reaching into her purse to get her mask Then another customer who forgot his mask was abruptly told "No Mask no service we refuse to serve you if you do not have a mask on" so the customer put his item back in the refrigerator and walked out of the store. I do not blame him and I would not have gone back in and made a purchase after the way that employees spoke to him. I will never step foot in that store again . Uncalled for and both employees should be fired.

My sisters and I went into the store. I got cigarettes and my partner order some food and she told him what she wanted 2 burritos and 2 slices of pizza and he (the cashier) asked her to repeat herselve and we all told him 2 burrito and 2 pizza. The other cashier started screaming at us and getting in our face. This event happened 12-27 at 4 pm. The guys screaming at us.. Has to be racist.. This store is off of Interstate 35 and Eisenhower

As you can see there is only 1 stars. And they would not get that if this program would not allow me to post without at least one. I guess Ms Savanah who told me she was the Mgr. Behind the counter was having a bad day and took it out on me. So here I am getting a big gulp to find I had purchased the wrong one. I wanted to exchange it but was not allowed. When I ask for my money back because I was not allowed to exchange it or to at least go to another store. She would not give me my money back and gave me this attitude that was beyond what was even fair. So after 5min . I told her you can keep the drink and I left the store. I lost a 1.50 on the drink because I told her I didn’t want it. So I could not get my money back. I could not get what I came there for. Wow I was amazed and thought . What’s the deal, Im not hear to be abused lady I just want what I came for. Needless to say Ms S behind the counter got even more disrespectful. What’s the world come to. Well, I would think they would hire more respectful people. It was only a soda. This lady was the rudest I have ever seen in a life time of dealing with cashiers. If it’s gonna happen to me well it’s going to happen to you too. Avoid the hassle it is just not worth losing your money or dealing with horrible attitudes. So much for the customers being right or treating you with respect. Have a nice day! I will never go to store 7050 again . Avoid the hassle . There are other store that would gladly give you what you pay for and treat you with respect.

We love 7-eleven but this location is horrible! The cashier doesn't speak English and couldn't even understand what we wanted! We asked for tacos and the pizza they had and we had to point to what we wanted and he didn't even say anything to us. Mostly he just nodded and the other guy just ignored us. Only thing they could say was the prices when we asked how much it was. Very rude and unprofessional! We now actually go out of our way to go to another 7-eleven that has great customer service by the way! The one on North Foster road off of FM-78 is amazing they are super friendly and always a delight when taking our order! They, (the one on North Foster road) also helped us register for their point rewards app. This location (on N I35) didn't even mention it. We love 7-eleven, just not this location!
