Why is your restroom close after midnight? I work over night and I need yo use the restroom! If I'm buying something at this store I should be able to use the restroom just like anyone can during the day! I understand there is people (homeless) who go I there and make a mess and do there things in there. I drove to the store and I have a house. If I wanted to do something I would do it in my car or at my house! I asked the guy working here if the owner only cares about the costumers that come during the day and he said yes! And I asked again do the owner don't care about the costumers that come in at night and he said no!

Nice staff. Never have what I'm looking for and the dreadful music is the worse!!
But can't you blame them. Covid season still affecting every business. They are doing the best possible.

Stopping at this 24 hour 7-Eleven was Amazing Customer Service. The 2 cashier's Johnny and Gabriel were so very helpful and polite! I ordered a pizza that was very delicious as well. I wanna thank y'all for great customer service and I will be coming by this 7-Eleven more often!

The staff here are so nice! Just about any and every business here in San Antonio has a backwards idea of customer service, as in they straight up don't give you any... And the customer is always stupid... Or give your customer the most attitude and eye rolls humanely possibly for one conversation! Lol! But here, the employees were genuinely nice and kind to me! Haha! I was shocked by how nice this one lady was! I didn't see her about to walk behind me, and I nearly spun around and ran right into her! AND YET SHE APOLOGIZED TO ME! It would have absolutely been my fault if we would have collided with each other, and yet she apologized to her me... Mind blown! We actually ended our conversation joking around and everything! She was just the sweetest and most thoughtful woman ever! But it wasn't just her! Everyone here seemed to me in a great mood and actually had smiles on their faces! I'll definitely come back to this location! Smiles beat eye rolls any day in my opinion, and I'll drive a little further for them as well! :) That's time well spent in my opinion!

Have now instituted a no backpack policy. Which is great since I have a backpack that I take to and from work. Very helpful. Always had bad customer service anyway. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I used to live in this neighborhood when I first moved to San Antonio back in 2009, just moved back to this neighborhood two days ago, and I'm surprised at the lowered level of customer service going on right now. Especially with everything that's happening in the country right now
I walked into the store after midnight this evening, there are three employees working in the store none of which are wearing masks properly, one not wearing one at all the other one pulled below her chin and the one that seems to be the supervisor does he even have it covering her nose. They're allowing people to come into the store without mask properly covering their faces. And the cashier is constantly shorting cash-paying customers of their correct change because I guess they don't have enough change in the register.
Allowing panhandlers outside the store to harass customers blatantly right by the front door.
I choose this location because it has more selection than the other two convenience stores nearby, it's also a brand that I prefer to shop with. But I will go down another block to the Valero cannot be inconvenienced this way.

Writing the same review I did for another 7-eleven as this keeps happening to me in several different ones. I love the iced coffee but half the time I stop in to get some, it's completely out, I don't make my way to this location often but the 2 times that I have, they've been empty & I tend to get the very last drops. It's been very disappointing & a waste of time stopping in the store. Please keep it better stocked!

BOTH Bathrooms have been out of order the last 3 visits. Large cups but no large lids. The cashier just stares into space as you’re waiting. 6 people in line, only one cashier while 4 other employees are running around. Only didn’t give 1 star because some guy who I am assuming is a franchise owner stepped up to help.
