Sonic Drive-in

We went there about 8 PM. It was not very busy. We parked,pushed the red button for service to place our order. We waited five minutes and no response, not even we will be with you shortly. We then decided to go to the drive thru. The order speaker was not clearly marked and the lighting was poor at best. The person speaking was difficult to understand as there was a lot of static and it sounded garbled. The food, a cheeseburger, couple of corn dogs and some onion rings. The onion rings were very overcooked. They were borderline burned. Definitely do not recommend.

I ordered the chrispy chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was super thin and smaller than the bun. The bun was very small also.The batter on the chicken patty was very hard. Must have been cooked earlier in the day or even the day before. I felt totally ripped off. The cook who put that piece of chicken on the sandwich must hate sonic and wants sonic look bad.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, just left there with a incorrectly made kids meal burger... Go back to get it fixed get a correctly made burger with the same cold fries from original bag and a burger so salty you cannot even eat it.. sad part.. the store manager Margaret handed the correct order out to me with those week old fries.. lady you should be ashamed.. district manager already called.. shameful and embarrassing.. yuck!!

There was a small mistake got fried instead of tots but was fixed with no issues seemed really slow to take so long to answer the call light a few mins but food was good hot and Lajessica ( I’m sure I spelled it wrong). Was super nice. It did take awhile for them to answer but once we placed our order it was sent out super fast so I would for sure go again.
