Ordered a large pastrami sandwich with jalapeños and my sandwich didn't have jalapeños on it. We ordered 2 bottle of sprite sodas didn't receive bottled sprites but fountain sprites that tasted like soap. The salad also didn't taste right. I ordered my son a kids sandwich with a drink and never got his drink. Sadly this will be our first and last time getting food from here.

Firehouse Subs has delicious, hot, and tasty sandwiches that are made fresh. It does take a little time to make the sandwiches so if you're in a hurry I probably wouldn't choose Firehouse Subs, but if you want a quality hot sandwich then it's definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend the brisket and cheddar sandwich, it's amazing! My wife likes the meatball sub and it also is really tasty.

This restaurant appeared very clean and orderly. I was greeted by both staff members. I ordered the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket Large Combo. It was so delicious that I ordered one to go! Haven't had a sub that good ever. I will definitely be a new customer. They also donate to your Local Fire Dept. A good deal all around!

So yall close at 9:00 and my boyfriend went to go pickup food from here at 8:30 and the doors were closed and locked?
The guy told my boyfriend they closed early because theyre installing a new system? I get yall want to get out early but thats super unprofessional. Yall are suppose to do that stuff when yall actually close. What happen to customers first smh.

Overpriced for skimped out sandwich. I get the brisket sandwich and it has one layer of meat. All i tasted was mayo and bread.

I ordered through UBER eats - my order was missing 2 bags of chips. The menu said bottled sodas, I got a small fountain drink. I asked for plastic ware- got none. Hard to eat chili with a fork. Bag was not sealed like most restaurants do for the integrity of their food. Would not order from here again.
