Kfc

Christmas Eve I worked late and tried to get something to eat after. haha Drove down Bandera Rd to 410 and all the fast food places were closed. Turned around and headed back toward 1604. Saw a sign that was lit up and it was KFC! The car in line in front of me kept asking for different foods but being told they were out of it. They finally got something on the menu that was available. I was next in line expecting to find anything I wanted to be out also. I asked if they had any Pot Pies left and was told,"We have one left." I said, "It's MINE!" Thank goodness for KFC.

Surprised to say that I received best customer service in a very long time! Employee named Zeke was great! From a simple phone call to the drive thru window he was excellent!! Food was hot and fresh. Keep up the great service!! KFC management- employees come and go but good employees are far and few; utilize this good employee you have.

Came here with a buddy of mine. We got the 12pc family meal with 3 lg sides and 6 rolls and 2lg drinks. All and all was delicious. More impressed was I of the interior of the renovated place. KFC did their homework, cause it looks and feels amazing and a bit cozy. Nicest interior of a fast food place I have seen so far. I might add that the employees were chill and that KFC mountain dew flavor made this stop in a must. Will be back!

*Update* The inside has been updated, The update is nice, it's in the below pics. I tried the "spicy bowl" but I didn't care for it that much. It just seemed to be an oil that was added on top of the normal bowl. * Look, Original recipe is my favorite. So, I rarely try crunchy or other thing on the menu. But when I want fried chicken, it's my favorite. I go to this location regularly, the vast majority of the time, the service is pretty good, and surprisingly friendly. It's not always spic and span inside, but it's clean enough. This is a good location as far as KFC's go.

The manager was very friendly amd made us feel at home. She brought our food out to the table, and later brought us handwipes and mints. Sometimes those small gestures can make something as simple as a fast food restaurant stand out. The food was pretty good, and we left satisfied with our experience.
