Moe has been working here the past few times we've stopped by, and he has given great customer service every time! He is knowledgeable and helpful when we have questions, and he has a good personality for interacting with customers. If he isn't already, he should definitely be considered for management/leadership within the company as he would be well-suited to it. The food is also consistently fresh and well-made, and we've never had a problem with our order from this location. And of course, I love the sweet tea! Its one of my favorites from the different food places around town. I love that the menu has plenty of variety. Maybe one day I'll get around to trying one of the flatbreads, but the sandwiches are just so enticing every time I can't pass them up!

ordered thru the online app at 6:24 on Halloween and was charged. Arrived at the restaurant to find a sign saying they closed at 6pm for Halloween. They never answer their phone. Tried to contact them thru twitter and facebook but no reply. Finally drove back to the restaurant today, a week later. They never apologized, say they voided the transaction and that I wasn't charged. I provided proof I was charged and they refused to do anything further. I just want my money back, very frustrated.
