Food was decent but service was terrible. I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes waiting to be seated and there were only 3 customers in the restaurant. My order being placed and my food arriving were the only 2 times my waiter came to my table. No coffee refill. There were solid white panels up around every booth (covid precaution I'm sure) but they made it very difficult to spot or get attention of staff

I like IHOP. Just not this one. Been here numerous times. This time the service of our waitress was slow. Multiple times my coffee cup was empty and it took us a while to get her attention to refill it. Even had to ask another waiter to refill my cup two or three times. She asked us if we were ready for our bill, we said yes. 20 minutes later, we are asking where our bill was. 15 minutes later we finally get it. I immediately hand her a credit card that's been ready for over a half hour. It's another 15 minutes before I get my Credit Card receipt to sign. That was my latest experience. Almost everytime I've been to this IHOP it feels like I've forced my wait staff to come to work that day. Like they don't want to be there. I've worked in the restaurant business and my daughter owns a restaurant. Most of this wait staff needs to find another career. Saying that, I have had good service at this IHOP, occasionally.

My review is going to be based on how well IHOP is handling operations during Covid. We were seated right away and our table had just been cleaned. They have put up dividers between the booths which makes it feel more private. They no longer have syrup, salt, pepper, etc on the table which makes complete sense. Our waitress was very polite and got our orders perfect. She was also great at getting other things that we forgot to ask for initially.

The 1 star is a compliment. Once we first arrived at this location and went inside we waited 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. Then a server comes up and says “What do you guys want”. I said a table please, she rolled her eyes and then we went to a table. There was absolutely no social distancing between tables. As soon as we sat down the server asks “are you guys ready to order”. The server continued to be unprofessional and had terrible customer service the entire time. The server also gave us no refills on our drinks and brought us the check as soon as the food came out.

The food was standard fare IHOP food. My party of three all enjoyed the food. Our server was fantastic and I feel bad for not remembering her name. However, the two hosts up front (they appeared to be brothers) were not polite at all. The looked miserable and overwhelmed and then mumbled everything they said to us, making it extremely hard to know what they were even saying. They made me feel like they couldn't care less about assisting the customer. Other than that, our experience was positive.

The food was decent, but I have to knock it for the front desk service. It was just a couple of teens who were standing around talking to each other, not really tending to customers waiting in line. My online order was ready to go and it wasn't given to me until the manager came in to ask my name and brought my order out immediately.
