Little Caesars

The customer service at this location is atrocious. My girlfriend and I stopped by tonight at 6:30. I ordered 2 stuffed crust pepperoni's and an Italian cheese bread. Upon entering, no one was in the lobby and one car had just left the drive thru. One other vehicle was out front waiting. The cashier was prepping pans, saw come in and then waited a full minute or two to greet me. Her voice initially barely a mumble. I asked how her day was and she proceeded to complain about how long she's been working that day. I ordered my food and was told my order would be brought to my car in 10,15 minutes. I waited until 7 and went inside. After asking the cashier for the managers name and the corporate phone #, she told her manager and the managers response was "why?" When the manager came to speak with me, she told me the reason my order wasn't out was thaty bread was still cooking. After telling her an Italian cheese bread does not take a half hour to cook, she proceeded to give me an excuse about how she couldn't find any good people to hire, and that it was because the area she was in. I told her I wanted her name and the corporate #, and she gave me her store #. I then realized I didn't have a marinara for any of my items, and of course was charged the full $1.08 after asking for one. Absolutely unprofessional. This is in no way okay in my eyes. This manger should not be allowed to keep her position, and if she is I truly feel sorry for her entire crew. And to boot, the lady never gave me her name. I will be contacting corporate. And am truly hoping this woman was not the general manager. If so, she will never receive my business, or recommendation again.

If you know what Little Caesars as you probably already know what you're getting into. This place makes cheap but good pizzas, large full pizzas start as low as 6 bucks with lunch combos being five bucks. They recently added a new menu item extra most bestest stuffed crust for 9. If you need pizza fast and you need it on the cheap this is the place.

so hot n ready is supposed to be ready when you go through drive thru. I have been sitting here in front of your store for about 20 minutes after they pulled us around to im guessing have better numbers in your drive thru lane. But makes no sense why have a drive thru if you just pull everyone around. Please fix this issue. 20 min and waiting still.
