For just a crew of two very young lady’s lunch time on 8/23/2020 they were very attentive, informative, helpful and quick. Unfortunately I did not get there names, but you girls rock! Fast food now days is rushed and lousy, on top of the service being rude and incorrect. I’m very delighted to say that my experience at subway today was perfect and not what I usually have at other places. Even down to the suggestions on how to cook my topping separate. Please give these girls a pat on the back or a raise something! Cause their working hard and I love the atmosphere of them together as a team. I even tipped, which now I know we can do cause they deserve good pay for good service. Store was clean, ease of checkout with my app. Food was fresh! Yes yes yes! I will be back again definitely!

Food was good but young lady assisting us was not very friendly. My wife had some questions about the menu prices which were not displayed and this apparently upset the employee. She had to go to the register and enter the order to get the price.

I really never go to this subway but today when I went in. The young lady that was taking mine and my sister order had a really bad attitude. But then when she called the other young lady now that one had a great attitude. But other than that the service was great

Today is April 11 , 2018 4:30 there were two girls working there me and my husband got horrible service. They were cussing and laughing and being in the phones while making my sandwich and did it horrible.

i ordered online for pick-up, but i made a mistake ordering. i called and spoke to the manager, beth, who was very helpful and solved the issue. also the workers were very polite :)

Had ordered a takeout order online. Ordered it at 7:25, and was supposed to be ready to go at 7:45, me and my friend go inside to see that they haven't even started the orders yet, they get the reciept and start our order and it turns out there making the wrong one so we have to stop them mid way so they could get the right reciept. This is a constant occurrence, we repeatedly had to stop them because they were using the wrong condiments or just making the sandwich wrong. My friend didn't want onions on his sandwich or mayonaise and instead of making him a new one they just wiped it all off the sandwich with mayonnaise still attached to some of the meat. Just very organized and very slow. Took them about 20 minutes just to get 3 sandwiches out the door, I used to work at a subway over on bandera, it should not be taking 20 minutes to get 3 sandwiches out.

Melinda was very professional today during trying times with a employee. She gave great service during this time and even took time to heat up more soup. I appreciate everything she did and I definitely comend her on holding her composure during that very profesional will definitely be going back.
