I gave the rating a 5 star, not because of Subway itself, but the employee working when we went. We went on a Friday evening and they had a girl working by herself and with the amount of sandwiches she had to make and dealing with online orders and the register by herself. She stayed calm and in control even though so many customers left. Not sure why they would have a solo shift on a Friday. Not safe for the employee, nor acceptable for the amount of customers. That girl deserves a raise and the manager should really think about how much is expected for one employee on an hourly rate, they are running an entire store by themselves, they should be getting same pay as a manager.... she deserves a raise.... just saying. Oh and food was fresh and all that stuff too.
This particular location needs to focus on the art of building a great sandwich.
Our sandwiches were amazing, and our "Sandwich Artist" was even more amazing! She was working the lunch shift, solo, and despite the long line (due to COVID-19), she was courteous and kind to every customer.
Most people would have been frustrated because of the difficulty of communicating through masks and plexiglass, but if she was, she didn't show it. She even waved to me and my son as we were leaving. 😊
Clean and workers are on top of it, so try a pizza it always comes out good
Why did they get rid of Swiss cheese? That's my go to cheese
