Church's Texas Chicken

Bad service from the jump, waited bout 7 min before was acknowledged at the drive thru after I had to say hello bout 10 times and got yelled at to hold on, got to the window and was open but no one came up, finally someone did and just said the total, no hello or anything, I specifically asked for condiments and setups and still had to ask again to make sure and nope, they weren't in the bag, we checked our orders and they still forgot the jalapenos, had to yell thru the window again to get my order completed..step up your customer service skills at this location..

Honestly, Church’s Chicken is a good chicken joint to eat at but this location just ain’t it! If you live near by this location drive the extra miles and go to a better Church’s location. When I arrived to this location they were not busy and yet I waited a while to get my order. When I finally received it my meal the entire order was NOT fresh. Chicken looked like it had been sitting there for a few hours and my bombers were COLD!! You would think since I waited for quite a bit my food would come out fresh and hot but nope. So just save your money and go spend it at a better CC location.
