Pizza Hut

Long standing 5 star review I’ve left for this place but not anymore, What happened? What happened to the delicious dough that was the base of the pizza? Where did the “Hut favorite” crust style go? These 2 major changes dare I say puts you either at level with or actually below Little Caesar’s. Was there a major corporate shift or is this private owned branch going rogue? Our experience the other day left us very confused and disappointed, this is NOT the great flavor we used to know here.

Ordered a pizza march 17th for delivery at 7pm. It sat here for 1h n 20 min. I called to see where it was and it never left store I had to cancel it get refund n find something else to eat. If I woulda known it was gonna take that long I would have made arrangements to pick it up. Came back again a week later and picked it up and opted for curbside via the mobile app. sat outside and waited.. till I got fed up and went in. They said they ain’t offering curbside anymore we’ll take it off the app then as an option also if I wanted to get off n get it I wouldn’t have picked it. Also the lady was rude. And said have a great day. She can have a “great” day

I ordered 1 pizza @8:17pm they told me it would be ready in 15 min . I didn’t leave until 9. For one pizza . It was supposed to be pineapple and bacon and there was no bacon. Told me I couldn’t get a refund only store credit . Then asked me what was I waiting for . My pizza been sitting in the warmer and I couldn’t get a refund. Ridiculous I won’t be coming here again.

I always order from this Pizza Hut…….they are the best in town!!!! Just received a “special ordered pizza” EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! Very accommodating and even “short staffed” they have excellent customer service and always do their best to get the order to you as fast as they can!!!! Be patient, you won’t regret it!!!

This Pizza Hut was great good pizza great prices good food good desserts good waiters and waitresses great employees great managers great cleaning services great buffet like Martin Mull said in the 80s and 90s about Pizza Hut no one out pizza's the hut we love Pizza Hut y'all please have y'alls dining room and buffet going Pizza Hut rocks San Antonio TX! Keep up the good work Pizza Hut team remember no one out pizza's the hut!

4/14/2022 9:24PM: Whoever the lady was who answered the phone tonight was EXTREMELY RUDE! 1 Pizza took nearly 2 hours, the lady on the phone rudely said she only has one driver..... AS IF I WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT when ordering from here! Dont waste your time or money not unless you like getting cold mediocre pizza.

Don't order delivery from THIS location... Been waiting for my order for over an hour when I live less than 1 mile away.. I call to ask if the driver delivered to the wrong place and the girl who answered was super snotty, said That's my ONLY DRIVER! As if I was supposed to feel sorry that my small order was so late. They should put a note online to warn people before they waste so much time ordering directly from them to skip the middle man. Last time I give this location money..
