I tried calling this location on December 23rd and 24th but they don't answer their phones. It's as if they refuse to pick up the phone. I was calling to ask to see if they still had tamales available before driving over there. They never answered the phone. So come Christmas Eve, I went to this location and there were signs on the door that said "No tamales." They only had chicharrones of all sizes and buenuelos available. I gave this business a 3 star rating only because their tamales are actually good and fresh (usually). The staff and employees could use retraining with their ethics, hospitality and customer service. I've been a customer here for a couple of years now. Next time I'll know to buy them in advance before they're sold out.
