This place is slowly improving. They used to always get my order wrong, sometimes even 4 times in a row for the same visit. They still mess up, but not as bad. We ordered nuggets yesterday with barbecue sauce and didn't get a single sauce packet. But before that, the visit went well and i even got to try the new szetchuan sauce (might need to spellcheck that lol). The mess ups aren't enough to keep me away but if you're strict with your orders, you might not wanna stop by.

The drive thru is so slow. I had to wait about 20 min for my food in the line. Then I had to wait when paying. The order taker said she had to take the order first then she would help me. Left the line and tried the fries on the way home and guess what they were cold and nasty. The tea was also nasty. Managers need to keep up with the quality of the food and check the tea every so often. I'm paying for hot food and now prices are going up everywhere. Please be aware .

There were only two vehicles waiting in the drive through. End to end from order to food in hand was almost 30mins. Better off making food at home if it's going to take this long anyways. Oh, and check your food. Some of it was just thrown around inside the bag, and i had to ask for the order to be remade which is rare for me. Nice customer service though so it's strange to me why it took so long.

Ironically anytime after 2am this specific location only takes cash and no cards "because the machine is down" when every other McDonald's location you can use a debit or apple pay. Clearly this has to be some form of theft, as I was informed is I had cash I could get a meal and much more. Come on People!

I hate giving bad reviews because I'm sure everybody in the fast food industry work very hard but this McDonald's is in need of faster and attentive personal. I don't know who's to blame here for that but there was no one in front of me but it was a long wait before my order was taken but the scariest thing was I seen a male employee exit the restroom without washing his hands...that's when I stopped eating and left.

The 5 stars are for Brandon. After forgetting two items on my order and having to go back, he was super generous and gave us the two missing items and some pastries for the inconvenience within 5 minutes of us returning for the missing items. Great customer service from Brandon!

I ordered through the app for the first time, thinking it would be a whole lot faster.
I was definitely wrong, I had to pull up to the drive thru, give them a code to let them know I have arrived, than wait another 10-20 mins for my order, Now this is fast-food, so I was expecting service to go fast, was unpleased with this new app ordering experience.

I have nothing good to say about about this Mc Donald's they're aways getting orders wrong and are super slow. Aways getting somebody else's order besides my own...
There is never a manager available....
And if there is they are very rude .....
