Jack In The Box

This place is in a shady part of town. The food was pretty bad. No sauce on top, chicken had nerve pieces in it. Hard to chew and didn't taste good. Got thrown in trash. Egg roll was ok but how can you mess up something that just needs to be fried. Cashier pulled up three cars out of line to have wait for food and still took over 15 minutes to deliver. Best bet for quick food is to go across the street to the grocery store for a premise meal. 😬 sorry but true. Almost $10.00 for a bad meal.

This place deserves a -10. The service was horrible & although I explained to the window attendant I wanted my burger dry because they had neither lettuce, cheese, or any type of potato products. On top of that, I asked for 2 packets of Buttermilk dressing and they simply poured some into a chicken tender box & sent me on my way. I'm 45 yrs of age and I've been eating at this particular location since my young teen years. With that being said, this was without question the most horrible experience I have ever had in both service as well as the quality of the food. If any way possible please try to emplement some sort of training or classes for the treatment of Jack-in-the-box customers. I feel as a life long consumer that the Jack-in-the-box corporation should be ashamed to not only employ those types of individuals but also to be completely out of SO many products & have such a cavalier attitude about it. Thank you for giving the public a platform to speak with you but I will not longer be dining there & I'm going to encourage everyone I know to follow suite. Thank you for your time. If I could issue a lower rating or none at all, believe me I would!! The staff are rude, talk mess about the people ordering through the drive through, inside while on their headset, while your standing right there at the counter. And that was the manager, so it can't get no worse since the manager role models the poor behavior for the employees to follow. And people wonder why the reviews are so bad on here. Horrible. Food is always mediocre here, and tepid, and sanitary conditions are deplorable. The girl at the counter was changing out the trash bags with no gloves on and cartying the trash through the food prep area. And no one was using hair nets or gloves. Look at my pics, and that wasn't even the half of it. There was no ice in the drink machine, and when she gave me water for my drink, the water had a brownish tint to it, that she didn't find unusual. They take no pride in representing this franchise. I wish Jack would visit this eyesore. It should just be closed down since all the drug dealers, panhandlers, and prostitutes are allowed to loiter in the parking lot, making it unsafe for patrons. We will not return to this crime ridden location.

Nothing except the sodas were made the way it was ordered! Manager on the other side of the drivethru not wearing a mask and visibly could be seen opening sugar packets and preparing A self made coffee and visibly could be seen drinking it in the middle of the kitchen not wearing a mask gloves or hairnet all while talking at a rediculus volume not bothering to help the only employee make and package and Ring up the order making the already Long wait Even longer.... and we ordered in advance from the JITB App 20 mins prior to arriving for pickup!
