Friendly staff and had a great atmosphere feeling throughout the whole appointment. Doctor did not show to be in a hurry to get through the exam, asked if I had any questions, and gave positive attitude about my need. I like the idea of being able to schedule follow up over the phone for results to not miss work. I also like the idea that if I need to go to another Alamo medical clinic, they will have all my info. on hand.

In this time how all things are the quality of care from my drs have been good. It was a lengthy process to get scheduled and no response from the online portal so had to wait at least 30-40+ mins just to schedule, hence the 4 out of 5 star. Felt all my concerns were well addressed by my provider.
