My favorite Sonic in all of San Antonio and I've been to most of them. It is no exaggeration when I say that my order is always accurate, timely and tasty.
The staff is quick. Like, really quick. Particularly the car hops. You ever seen those videos where there's a cat that's across the room and you look away for a second and they are in your face? That's the car hops.
There is one carhop that always tells me to have a beautiful night and by some decree of fate, I end up doing just that. Great place.
My wife and I spent about an hour going through some of these hilarious one star reviews so decided to check this location out ourselves.
In summary:
- super friendly, sweet lady took our order and was patient to wait for us to decide what we wanted
- food + drinks were correct and great per usual sonic standard
- we waited 4 minutes for our order via drive through
- forgot to put nerds in the blue raspberry slush, lady politely literally RAN to grab us a small to go container or nerds
Conclusion: it’s a Sonic… chill out
Great service at this Sonic! Id had trouble with the app and my order of 3 drinks never went thru. The manager was a nice man..made the drinks, and told us have a good day! GREAT customer service! Turned a bad experiencd due to the app..into a GREAT one!
Ok. It’s a Sonic. The food here is pretty much the same as any other Sonic. What makes this one unique is they have an indoor dining room. Kind of nice when you don’t want to eat in your car, and it isn’t nice enough to sit outside.
