Sonic Drive-in

My favorite Sonic in all of San Antonio and I've been to most of them. It is no exaggeration when I say that my order is always accurate, timely and tasty. The staff is quick. Like, really quick. Particularly the car hops. You ever seen those videos where there's a cat that's across the room and you look away for a second and they are in your face? That's the car hops. There is one carhop that always tells me to have a beautiful night and by some decree of fate, I end up doing just that. Great place.

My wife and I spent about an hour going through some of these hilarious one star reviews so decided to check this location out ourselves. In summary: - super friendly, sweet lady took our order and was patient to wait for us to decide what we wanted - food + drinks were correct and great per usual sonic standard - we waited 4 minutes for our order via drive through - forgot to put nerds in the blue raspberry slush, lady politely literally RAN to grab us a small to go container or nerds Conclusion: it’s a Sonic… chill out

I’m confused by this place really, how are you going to have stalls and not use ordering as well?? Supposedly you can only use it when you order ahead 🤔.. Also, become aware when you order here late they are extremely slow and lazy when coming to delivering our food and put the wrong condiments that we asked for.. ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE ALLERGIC TO THE INGREDIENTS THAT IN THEM!

Went their at noon to get a sonic blast I just had a percedurs that all I could eat for the day was clear soup or soft ice cream an their cleaning the machine at lunch time. So couldn't serve that item my question why didn't someone get their early to clean the unit. Iam in the restaurant business me being a GM I would of come in early to do it myself so are guest could enjoy what they come to order ????
