I would've probably never wanted to return to cheddars after all the issues we experienced today(even with a supervisor), until A manager Amber saved the day with her genuine, lovely personality & excellent customer service!!! 5 stars & way to go AMBER!!

Amber the manager absolutely made our visit turn 360° we were forgotten about for a while when we were first sat and waved her down without question we had a new server with a free appetizer and amazing service from then on. She 100% seems like an amazing manager and team player

The ribs weren’t tender the broccoli and cheese was parched as if it were overcooked. The T-bone steak was mediocre, wasn’t cooked correctly.
The shrimp were decent. But the croissants were hot and fresh and always delicious! I’ll stick to the Monte’Crisco. Service was decent!

Light were a little dim, but our waiter was fantastic, full of personality AND competence, our food was delicious, nobody had any complaints.. out of a table of six, there were literally no mistakes. Love this place, loved our waiter!

Came here two night back to back to order take out and have a beer while I wait. First night was a little quicker but second night seemed like the bartender was in over his head a bit. I ordered quick and simple to go orders but had to ask him to put my order in while he simply forgot about me while he was pouring beers. Service was over all okay but they need some more help if they’re going to be busy enough to forgot some of us at the bar. Will come again as the food was good.

Came here because we couldn't get into another restaurant on a Sunday. This was my first time ever at a cheddars.
We had a short wait and whole we waited my coworkers were ranting and raving about the tasty crossiants.
Nothing like getting some hot tasty free carbs! They were delicious and extra fluffy.
I was a tad sad they didn't have a vegetarian option other than sides galore.
Drink galore for a good time.
Our server was very nice.

We have been to other Cheddar restaurants and have had good experiences.
This was our first time visiting together while traveling.
The food was delicious! My drink was excellent! The waitress was excellent! When we thanked her for the great service, she said she had only been a waitress for 3 weeks. She was awesome!

Met a couple of colleagues at the bar area. Everything from the customer service (hostess& waitress) to the food was amazing! Our food came out in a timely manner and tasted very well. My coworkers cleaned their plates.
The restaurant is new and was very clean. I love this location because it's very convenient and close to my office.
I definitely plan eat here again as a solo diner and with family, friends and/or coworkers!
