What To Order: Teriyaki Steak Nori Japan is located inside the Rolling Oaks Mall food court. If you read the negative reviews, its because people are ordering the premade items, the ones they give you samples of when you walk up to the counter. I don't recommend these items at all. They offer, chicken, steak, & shrimp stirfry. The teriyaki items are cooked when you order, on the grill right in front of you. The vegetables are steamed on the grill in a metal bowl, a mix of cabbage, carrots, & broccoli and the meat and teriyaki sauced poured over it. I usually order steak with double veggies & steamed rice, spicy (they add hot chili oil) and sometimes extra beef. Other options can include meat combos (steak & shrimp), or extra meat. You can also do double veggies, no rice. The teriyaki plates here are great, some of the best I've had anywhere. I prefer them over the Japanese places I've tried in town. I make visits to the mall just to eat here sometimes. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a good teriyaki place, or hungry for some fresh steamed vegetables. Resist the ready made entrees.

Worst customer service. Counter person just sitting his butt in the corner and when approaching customers looks like he just woke up. Couldn't pay attention to your order and blames you for missing some of your order. Very unprofessional and can't handle customer properly or maybe too unhappy to be working there. Find anot er job then, than provide worst service. My family and friends likes the teriyaki food, we've been going to the sarku Japan at Ingram mall hoping this one offers the same quality food and service, but they really SUCK!!! Customer service is the worst I've experienced. Don't go there if that white complexion Hispanic with chinito eyes is there. He does not care at all and ignorant of customer service. It's a shame coz he's even proud of his attitude. LAZY AND SMARTASS.
