Subway

What I noticed as I was ordering and I was extremely happy and satisfied was that they were very big on hygiene as in every time they handled a new sandwich they put on new gloves , or whenever they handled money, as they were done they would throw away gloves and put on new ones. I find that so important because I’ve been to restaurants where they handle food then they handle money and then they handle food again with the same gloves. So I was very satisfied with my experience at this specific Subway. Good workers :) i think his name was Mack? He was super clean and hygienic

its subway i understand but come on no customer service look like they hate their job Then i see a lady cut open a package of pepperoni and place it on the line no new container no new sticker no fifo how do yall know what is fresh and what isnt if i would have seen this before i would have never ordered

I came in to get a chicken pizziola subway, I asked for oven roasted chicken instead of the chopped one they have. The middle eastern gentleman told me, I couldn't get it like that bc it was meant to have the cut up chicken, I told him I've gotten it my way at other locations. He responded with "well they shouldn't be doing that bc it doesn't go with that chicken", the shocked face I had when he said that, I told him to keep his subway and I walked away. WORST SERVICE EVER! Will be contacting corporate offices.

I stood outside the glass area and 2 employee walked by and said nothing. I had to call to get information. They said I was not next to the glass they had refused to even address me to say they are not even open. Sorry excuse of customer service wow I know not all locations are like this but damn at lest train the employee to have courtesy. Wow
