Bayseas Seafood Restaurant

This place hit the spot for me. I wanted some fish fried like we do in the south and I received that and more. First we were greeted by the most pleasant lady at the front as soon we opened the door. You seat yourself so I sat where I could see an entire view of the restaurant and watch the service. It was an experience. The staff were punctual, friendly, and the service was fast. My food was so fresh and served within what seemed like minutes of me placing my order. I loved my experience at Bayseas and I would definitely return on my next visit to San Antonio. Oh I forgot to mention the door never stopped turning while we were eating and they were getting the to go orders in and out along with servicing the dine in area with the same efforts. Great service wins every time for me.

This is by far the best sea food joint in town hands down. The crew is always polite and welcoming. Thank you all for continuing to serve the San Antonio community with your tasty dishes throughout the years. Love the cat fish, flounder, trout and the gumbo is to die for not to mention the gator bites. Will definitely visit again A+++

Quality food!! You know there’s passion when they plate their food well. Prices are outstanding too, we thought 1 filet would literally mean 1 filet, but noooo it comes in so many pieces. We ordered 1 catfish, 1 trout and 1 cod. That whole basket was what we got. Fish breading was well seasoned, tasted fresh and crisp. Gumbo was delicious on top of the cutest presentation. Fried mushrooms had great seasoned breading. We will definitely be back to try the whole menu. Friendly server(s)also mentioned that the fish were fresh and not frozen. In my opinion I think most of the fish wasn’t frozen, except MAYBE the cod. But that’s just my opinion. Overall one of the best restaurants we’ve had, with really affordable prices to add on.d mushroo

A must ! Amazing customer service (I was greeted with a smile) and melt in your mouth southern food. Seasoned well and the fried okra was cooked to perfection. - Portion size was just right - I should’ve tried their sweet tea, as Bush’s has been the only sweet tea I can find in SA. Guess I’ll be back to try it

Great food here in this corner of a small strip center. Friendly atmosphere, good customer service. All hands on deck as everyone seems to help out whenever needed. Two ladies up front handling walkin, dine, phone orders. Very buy at 1pm Sat afternoon. Food took a little time for our party of 5 but the fish, shrimp, and etc were all good. We will be back. Be patient and you will be taken care of as this place tends to attract large parties who live this place
