Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken

Recommend going in the day, the atmosphere was very comfortable and the employees were attentive to the customers, it really felt like a nice environment, the manager even said please and thank you to the employees, only thing there was a little mishap on my order, by the time I went the next shift was on duty, totally different experience, tense working environment, the employees looked confused with other orders, they didn’t look at all happy.. it even felt like if it was my fault my order was wrong. So recommend going in the day if that’s possible, hats off to the day shift

Placed my order at 5:27 pm for pickup. When we got to the restaurant at 6:12 pm the drive thru was completely empty but they still told us to park and come in to pickup our order. They did not have the order ready and started to pack it when we got there. The manager did nothing but refill mashed potato containers until she finally came over and said sorry I have 5 trainees here. Then why not help them? Or train them? Why not pack the order yourself? The order wasn't ready until 6:40pm. We start driving down the street and realized they did not give us our shrimp box and have to turn around and go back. Go back in at 6:45pm only to find that they never even dropped the shrimp in the first place. Didn't get our full order until 7:01pm. Team members didn't smile or make eye contact. Even the ones that weren't trainees didn't care. Especially the manager. They are training their employees to just stand there and do nothing and not care about the customer. The manager eventually apologized and said she gave us some extra shrimp. Is that supposed to makeup for the hour and a half it took for our order to be ready?

UPDATE: The manager who worked the next day apologized and remade the order for me. The phone was off the hook all night for her as well and she had to call the night manager on their personal phone to have them to hang up the phone so calls could come through. I had to wait for them to drop fresh chicken. I was told it would be 15 minutes, ended up waiting 30 and I had to remind them that I was still waiting. I get home and my order was wrong and missing my sides and biscuits and she didn’t give me my receipt. I called the store and was asked to hold and all the lady did was sit the phone down and never came back. I could literally hear their conversations as they were cursing and complaining about other coworkers who weren’t there. They never came back to the phone and left it off the hook purposely so when you called back it would just say the line was busy.

Very slow service at drive thru and even slower if you go inside. I figured if I order online it would be quicker, but of course I still have to wait in line and it's still not prepared until I go and pick up!!! I mean they still have to cook everything. Plan on spending most of your lunch break waiting on an online order.

Purchased lunch and I asked for a receipt. The workers had to ask the mgr on duty several times for change and receipt paper. After a half dozen times she got the worker some change and then stated that they were all out of receipt paper. I contacted the customer service number and was told that someone would reach out to me. Nothing. The manager at this location had a very poor attitude. If she is that miserable, perhaps she should find other work.

Horrible! It takes like 30 minutes to get a single meal. There is a giant pothole in the drive-thru. At one point they gave me my 3 piece in several nugget boxes. This is a management issue! The only upside is that they always get my order right. Probably because they take like 30 minutes to get it right.
