Great first impression by far! First timers, we had the birthday cake would highly recommend! I also added the in store menu, how it works is you chose your cream, then sauce or syrup and last your toppings! They make it to order but well worth! My only concern was it being a little pricey, but overall worth the money for awesome show of CO2. I would go again.

A friend brought me to get ice cream with him since he was in the mood for ice cream. The location is very clean, first thing I noticed. Once your order is taken, they move to an area that has 4 mixers or so. You can have the ingredients you pick smashed into your ice cream or put on top. I got nutella with bananas and my friend got rocky road. The ice cream was smooth and creamy. The bananas on my ice cream were sweet and ripe. It was really good ice cream. I would go back to try another flavor.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. The ice cream is the only thing going for it. The use of nitrogen makes the ice cream silky smooth. Unfortunately the stench of using mildewed rags to clean the place doesn’t complement any of their flavors. Fear not though, they make sure to take their sweet time throughout the process so you can get used to the stench. 5 minutes waiting to order and then 15 minutes waiting for them to catch up with everyone else’s order. Don’t you worry though! They provide entertainment with views such as mixing bowls piled high, the numerous cracks and food stuffs on their counter, the confused expressions of staff trying to make the ice cream, the counter surround broken in spots revealing drywall, and of course mold/mildew in the grout. Sarcasm aside they have good ice cream, unfortunately that is all.

The ice cream is decent but they always have the same two children staffing the place. Staff is terribly disorganized and unfriendly. Turtles and sloths move faster than the staff; the ice cream melts before they're able to serve it to you. Next time I'm gonna visit one of their other locations. Hopefully the service cannot be so depressing at all their locations.

This place looked deserted on a Monday evening, the employees are all in the back. I took a star away for the lack of service when you first walk in. But the one teen who came out helped us out a lot since it was our first time. He was super sweet so I couldn’t knock too much off for service. The other two didn’t seem as friendly though. The speculous shake is reallllly good! My husband got the strawberry cheesecake shake which was also good. Good recommendations. Place was pretty clean. I would just advise keeping someone in the front to greet people who walk in. They just all go to the back once they’re done making something. I’d come back for a shake, but service needs work.
