The Deliver Ring

I have used Deliver Ring before and have been somewhat satisfied....today....no longer! Totally lost my business. I ordered from Mellow Mushroom 2 hours before they even opened!! Placed my order realizing it would arrive after they opened. My deliver time was 5:45....by 6:15 I was on the internet trying to figure out how I could find my order (which is impossible). Finally, the order arrived and the delivery guy was oblivious to the fact that the order was late (he just mumbled)! After taking the order the pizza was COLD! Totally unacceptable! When I place an order 2 hours ahead of the time the establishment even opens....I expect better service than this! DONE!

Been ordering for years. I like the selection of restaurants in the Stone Oak area. Thai Chili's my favorite! Most reasonable delivery fees compared to other delivery companies. Food usually comes early if not on time. I get that delivery times is not an exact science and sometimes they get busy, traffic etc, but they are usually good about reaching out to you and letting you know what's going on. Overall a good local business I'm happy to order from.

We were hesitant to try a delivery service. Call it old age, lol. So glad that we did. How easy was this!! Haley was the person that brought us our order. Our meals were delivered on time, hot and exactly how we had placed the order. My husband can't even do that right. I asked her for her bosses name. Danny.. .many thanks for having Haley as such a dedicated employee. Was our first time using Delivery Ring and won't be our last. Thank you for a great dining experience 😊

Best & fastest delivery service! Ordering is so easy & all the drivers are very nice & always fast! Wouldn't use anyone else & would recommend to anyone! All these other reviews of slow service are ridiculous.. They probably all ordered on a Friday night and expected fast delivery... Danny is the best & works hard to get your order on time. Missing something? Blame the restaurant not the delivery ring! 5 stars!

The Deliver Ring is an upstanding business that provides an excellent service that other delivery services (i.e. Postmates and Favor) simply cannot. Service is prompt and correct. Any issues regarding delivery time estimates are always rectified by the owner. If you need to contact the company, there are a multitude of means of communication to reach them. They won’t leave you stuck behind a 1-800 number or a “contact us” queue in your app. The drivers are always friendly, personable, and exemplify the standards for an excellent delivery service.

First off, there's no order status or GPS tracker of your driver so you have no idea if the order has been picked up or if the driver is close by. You have no way of contacting the driver directly and have to contact Deliver Ring customer service, which appears to have one operating line. So you are directed to voice mail every time the line is busy. Ordered from a place that was less than 10 min away from me. The order did not arrive until 30+ minutes after the expected window. No word from the company or driver until my consistent calling. I was definitely hangry. Customer representative refunded me the delivery fee of $3.99 (Thanks!) Customer support (via email) responses in <1 day!

Worst service EVER!!! I used to order all the time. Never again. And before you leave me a snotty message saying you called. No you didn't and you did not leave a message. Nor did you call when I left a complaint. In top of that, they still put the order through and took my money. Also tried to convince me that they only had one driver who was in an accident. Pathetic!!! Communication was u til 3 hours after I made my order.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any delivery service in San Antonio. I placed an order at 11:20, said to be delivered between 12:07 and 12:27, at 12:45 I finally got ahold of them after calling the listed phone number 5 times, to be told my order had not even been placed yet. This is an absolute joke of a place. How you are still in business is beyond me.
