I worked here for literally a couple days 2 shifts and I hated it so much they are rude and horrible there is mold in the back and I still have not gotten payed for the time I wasted here I got sent to the Er after working here for inflamed intestines because they f the mold they had me working around I swear It’s horrible I work 10 hrs and I will keep trying to get payed for the time I gave this dump . THEY DONT WEAR GLOVES OR HAIR NETS OR APRONS SO ANYTHING ON THEIR CLOTHES GET IN THE FOOD SOME DO NOT WERE MASKS SO BEWEAR

Incredibly slow! They told me 10-15 minutes when I ordered on the phone so I came on time and I waited in the drive through, in the park and wait, and then inside for a total of 40 additional minutes. Each time I asked they told me another 5 minutes. They eventually gave me two free pizzas and a soda, but it was a very long wait. It wasn’t worth it because the pizza had numerous bubbles and the crazy bread wasn’t cooked or seasoned and looked like they stomped on it in the bag.

I don’t know if this is due to an employee scheduling error, or lack of employees in and of itself, however management needs to focus on helping those that are employed here. I submitted an online order for pick up and arrived at the suggested time. The employee let me know it was going to be an additional 25 minutes due to an influx in orders. I waited and came back 30 minutes later, only to find out that my order had been cancelled. While I was frustrated, I felt horrible for the man working at the counter by himself. He was working the register, making the food, working the drive-thru, and taking care of the online orders by himself. While I would have preferred him to let me know when I originally arrived, im sure he wasn’t anticipating having to cancel orders. Very disappointed all around.

Sadly this place has REALLY gone down hill! Anytime you try to call ahead, no one answers the phone. I have tried to call several times, and on different days & NOTHING! When I ask them about why they are not answering their phone, they tell me that they are shorthanded. Really… It’s not hard to answer a phone at a location that has no customers? However, today really took the cake. I ordered a Hot & Ready pepperoni pizza thru the drive thru (since they don’t answer their phones) & was expecting it to take no time. Unfortunately I had to wait behind someone, who I guess was waiting for their pizza to be cooked. So, after waiting almost 15 min, they finally got their order & drove away. I pulled up to the window, but no one was there. I waited & waited. After almost 10 min, someone came to the window looking very confused. I told him that I had ordered a pepp pizza almost 25 min ago through the drive thru. He stared for a bit & then asked me if I had driven away & then come back…ummm, no! But, he clearly had! This was the final straw with this location. I drove down the road to another location & had my pizza in 5 min.
