I like the large open feeling to this store. Service was on the slower side. Though, I have been having this issue at many other locations as well. They did have a trainee the night I went. So I will cut them a little break as I understand that can tend to slow things down a tad. I showed up 30 til closing and they appeared to be fairly clean. The staff was friendly. I will be back again.

This is so close to us but we hadn't been to visit til yesterday. We had spent the day walking and outdoors so a cold dessert was definitely what we were looking for. We had looked for other places online but because it was Memorial Day, many of the places were closed. There's a plethora of choices for just shaved ice alone. My husband decided on the mango and cherry shaved ice. I tried the frostalatte, Arumba specifically. Mine was topped with whipped cream and it was yummy! I tried the shaved ice and it was refreshing. Definitely get a punch card - buy 10 and get 1 free! My husband who loves shaved ice will surely be back. The interesting tidbit is the Guiness Book of World Records for the biggest sno cone!

Asked for light syrup, snow was drenched. Took it back and asked for a new snow cone and I got a new one quickly. However that one was drenched too and I don't want to eat it all. 80% of the time on 20+ visits no problem, but this happens every time with one specific server. Ask for a custom order at your own risk.

Horrible! My picture is exactly how they made my mangonada. That is not how you make a snow cone and the other Bahama bucks don't make shaved ice snow cones like that. The young workers looked high. Very disappointing and at that they forgot to give my husband his soda he already paid for. We didn't go back after the second attempt to correct our order because it was that difficult. I wouldn't even give a one star.
