Burger King

I know Burger King is not known for customer service and this location is no exception ordered a impossible Burger when I received was so dry I thought I was chewing on a brown hockey puck. I informed manager who snacked out of my hand and throw in trash and rudely stated 3 min! Like why you made at me for wanting fresh food??? The lobby however was really clean.

To start the good: the food is not expensive and the place seemed it was cleaned from inside out. The bad: the food came out cold and soggy. I went to have it done again and was told it came that way, Really!!?? At other fast food places management has always fixed the issue. But not here. Also the service is never good. I’ve been here a few times and employees seem they don’t care. My guess they learned from their leaders. So for now I will drive farther to another BK when I know I’ll be treated with respect.

Love The Whopper my husband went to get it! Saw it had cheese hate cheese Came home with a triple cheese jalapeno bacon burger tried calling they won't answer I'm allergic to jalapenos! My stomach is on fire 🤢🥴my husband now has to go back and I am sending the food with him so they can see their error should learn my lesson hardly go there anyway If I go to the ER you will pay my bill Burger 🍔 King

If zero stars were an option that is my true rating of this Burger King I used the drive thru lane had to give my order 4 times because the worker could not get the order correct After we drove to the front of the building the worker brought the order out to us. The worker stated what we ordered correct. When my wife opened the bag as we were driving we had one correct sandwich but could not identify the other sandwich. I went back to the Burger King and the cook was very rude and said my first mistake today and I am being crucified over it Then after all this the food was cold I do not recommend this Burger King

I stopped in for lunch. I went inside as there was a long drive-thru line, and it appeared to be moving slowly. There was no one inside in the dining area. I waited a good five minutes before someone took my order. They were hand carrying the drive-thru orders out to the waiting vehicles in the parking area. It appears that they have a staffing shortage. I wanted something different than a usual burger, so I ordered two original chicken sandwiches. They were okay. There was nothing outstanding about them, but they were tasty, and the bread was fresh. They were only warm at best. This is again probably due to staffing problems. I would say overall a disappointing experience.

I pulled up to the drive thru and they only answered the speaker phone to notify me it was going to be a 15 min wait before they could take my order and they would take my order as soon as they could. Once i got my food, my nuggets looked like they had been double dipped in the fryer to regain warmth and left in the waiting container for about an hour. They were also out of receipt paper and gave me attitude for asking for a receipt. Once i did get the receipt, the survey portion was CUT off. This burger king needs new management FOR SURE.
