El Pollo Loco

Treating customers like family is the only sure way to stay steady in sales and insure the survival of the business. Business I've been to that had the worst customer service you could ever imagine didn't last too long. Any employee who threatens a customer by saying they'll call the cops should be terminated along with the person that hired them. Read the comments below though they are from a few months ago I felt I needed to voice my opinion. I hope that disgruntled employee doesn't work there anymore, food here is fantastic and place is always clean both inside and outside. Maybe a chime sound when the door opens to prevent future customers from waiting? Gotta hustle, gotta think ahead gotta make it an enjoyable experience for the customers. Don't cut hours to save store cost at the same time sacrificing the quality of customer service. Nobody likes waiting, I was impressed by this location compared to the others which are still great but this location is my number one pick. Don't mind driving that extra mile for great food

Slowly but surely the service is declining. At 8pm there's no pico and if you ask it takes a while to be replenish. Once they do All the salsas are picked up before 9pm. One hour before closing. I remember when I worked at el pollo loco as my first summer job that was a no no. They kind of give you an attitude which makes it seem they're unhappy working there. This was not the case some 6 months ago where the service was awesome and salsas looked fresh. This EPL is farther from our house and we usually would go to the one on celebra and Tezel but once this one opened this one was our go to place and worth the extra drive but now were having second thoughts. The only positive is Reyna, I think that's her name.
