Wendy's

Went after work at about 930 pm on a Sunday. First time at this location. Went through drive thru. Ordered #11, big bacon cheddar chicken. At window, they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. I told them wrong order. Guy at window seemed totally untrained, on drugs or both. Asked me to repeat order multiple times, even though it was right there and correct on receipt. After pulling forward and waiting a very long time, they brought out the correct order. 0 stars.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, however, hiring just to have a body in the building isn’t good business. We went through the drive thru this evening around 9pm. We ordered 3 small strawberry Frosty’s, a medium chocolate frosty and a large chocolate frosty. Trinity on the speaker repeated the order back to us incorrectly twice before we finally drove up to the window. Upon getting to the window, we tried confirming our order again and she looked shocked. She said our total was “$9.17. Wait, that might be wrong.” Then gave us a new total. The problem here lies in the fact that she seemed so ready to go home that she wasn’t actually listening to anything we told her. And then getting snippy was totally uncalled for. I am assuming her name is Trinity because that is what the receipt said. I hope she gets some training or a vacation. Other people in this area might not be so tolerable. Two stars is generous for this encounter.

Today Sunday February 20th at 2 pm I Experienced the rudest customer service at the drive-through she didn’t greet me for starters and she rushed me and didn’t even let me finish completing my order. That lady needs to get A write up for her horrible attitude. I hope the manager does something about this lady that was on shift. I didn’t her her name but she was White complected with damage blonde hair mixed with brown.

I completely agree with Jennifer’s review. The same lady (matching the same description) handed me my drink with a large Texas size bug clearly visible through the plastic cup just last night. When I asked her to cancel my order, don’t swipe my card, and showed her why, she laughed and said “ok, thanks”. Either happy to not have to serve me or amused by what she did, probably both. Not the appropriate response regardless. Not even an apology. The inside looked disgusting. Stains on the ceiling, grease-smeared stainless steel, this is just from what I could see through the window. Shame. I love Wendy’s and just moved in close by so I would have been a very frequent customer too. Oh well.

This place needs a lot of work. The restrooms are always dirty the customer service is lacking and the food takes for ever to get. I’ve seen the servers through old cold fries off the bar in front of the fries and on the fry boxes in the fries. The food isn’t always correct and have had many issues waiting for food with a short to non existent line.
