We come here every time we visit San Antonio from Fort Worth TX...We love the low prices and the quality food they serve..if your looking for a hole in the wall with great people and great service go to Cafe Don Juan and they won't disappoint you!!! I still carry their old business card they made years ago when I was a teenager...I have 2 kids and my oldest is 21..so that's a long time I've been coming lol
The best breakfast tacos & tortillas in town!
This hole in the wall restaurant is so delicious! Everything on the menu is delicious. I love my chicken enchiladas plate. The beans and rice are delicious, and let's not forget the tortillas and salsa.
Staff are super friendly. I like that the owner will come to your table and say hi.

So happy I stumbled upon this place one morning with extra time. Wholesome, homey ambience that is relaxing and welcoming. Fast and friendly service, amazing home-made tortillas and salsa that is actually good & spicy! Extremely satisfied with my huevos rancheros, and not only because it was delicious.
Food was good, service was fast, prices were fair.
It was my first time visiting this restaurant. I ordered the enchilada and taco plate. The refried beans were excellent, the taco was good, the enchilada was average.
I was told by a friend I should have ate my tortillas because they are made fresh and are excellent, but I didn't. He also said the red and green salsas are both made fresh every morning.
My plate with a drink was about $8 and was better than some of the well established Mexican restaurants Ive been to around town.
I would return here to try some more items, as everything was good.

I love everything about this place that's why my sisters n myself go every Wednesday to have lunch. Flour Tortillas need to be cooked a little bit more though don't like my Tortillas crudas sorry. Other then that everything else is 🥰 💞 👌 perfect. N we thank you.N the bean n cheese omg gotta love them.
One of our favorites and a must stop any time we’re in San Antonio. Their breakfast tacos and fresh tortillas are incredible! Helpful, friendly staff. Great prices to take your family.

Went in with a small group of family members and was attended right of way. The restaurant was 3/4 full, and still was served quickly. Food was very good and flour tortillas were awesome. Afterwards the owner came by, and check on us, and picked up our empty precleaned plates. I would definitely go back.
