First time at this location and it was pretty late at night/early in the morning. The drive-thru line was really long, but they got through it very quickly.
I remember posting about another restaurant and how I did not like their shakes, but Whataburger milkshakes are always on point! The only problem I had is that we ordered medium shakes, because it was so late at night - but they charged us for larges. Not a big deal, but Whataburger is usually very good about having my order correct, no matter how special it is.

Loved being able to get a burger at 10 am while my mother got breakfast. The food was great and the employees were friendly.
The only slight issue was the tea in the dining room had a stale taste to it like it had been sitting overnight other than that everything was great.

Excellent customer service however there was a long hair on my food 2:15pm on 6/3/2022 . I'm on my way to work it's so disgusting and disappointing cuz now I have to wait till midnight to eat when I get home

When I removed the burger from the bag, it was cold. The meat was cold. And I just live five minutes away from Whataburger. My burger should not be cold. And this is not the first time. I have decided not to call this location to complain, I rather call the coronation to make my complaint. One should never cook so many patties just to save time. They should start cooking the pattie once they receive the orders. When the cost goes up, the quality of the food should not go down. It's not fair that you increase the price and the quality gets worse.

They always seem clueless. Waited over 15 minutes for a burger.
After using mobile app for pickup, they give you estimated window of when it'll be ready.
So all in all I waited like 30 minutes for a cold burger, but i got fresh fries though.

Last 3 visits I’ve gotten the wrong food. Ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger and got no bacon, no sweet and spicy sauce, and mayo. Also ordered a what a chicken with cheese and got a regular Whataburger with mustard…. I won’t be returning to this location.

I asked him to toast the bun because Whataburger is known for not toasting their buns they’re cold. They responded with yes we will. When I got home the meat was cold the bun was ice cold. I guess it’s easier not To take that extra step.

I have been there twice in the morning two different days 1st day I ordered B.on B. Sandwich only and a senior coffee they gave a full meal and cold coffee. The second time I waited 20 mins on drive thur.
