We recently decided to give Domino's pizza another try after years. Well, whatever they did changed my opinion on their pizza! I'm glad we decided to try their pizza again. I LOVED IT!! The delivery was prompt, my pizza's still hot and they always get our order right! I don't know how they make their Alfredo sauce but it is delicious! My favorite pizza is Alfredo sauce with banana peppers, sausage and mushrooms. No more Pizza Hut or Papa John's for us.

Very upset with this store manager said he would bring the pizza the app saying it ready 5mins before I walk in there. And then say that the pizza just coming out. I feel he had bad customer service was not understanding at all. Nobody trying to help me when I walk in. Very upset customer would not recommend coming to this location. This is by far the worst pizza experience that I've ever had to interact with. I placed my order online which stated my order would be delivered within 36 minutes or less. After an hour and a half I called and spoke to a female employee who told me "it'll get there whenever it does", and then hung up on me. I called back, and spoke to the exact same employee who told me to wait until somebody was available to address my situation, and then hung up on me a second time. After waiting an hour and a half for my delivery and being hung up on twice by the same person, I asked to speak to the manager, and ended speaking to Thomas from store location 6604 FM78 SA TX, who told me that the delivery time was 90 minutes whether I liked it or not regardless of the 36 minutes timeline that was given to me when I placed the order. I explained to Thomas that I was a single parent with 3 kids who was hungry and have been waiting an hour and a half for our meal and I needed to know when our order will be delivered in accordance with the estimated delivery time. Thomas became irate with me and told me if I didn't like their delivery time, he would rather give it to me free then deal with me. I accepted that offer since it was already an hour overdue and because he got so upset and was so unprofessional oh, and decided to hang up on me. I accepted his offer, and canceled the transaction with my bank after informing the delivery driver and offering him a substantial tip for his services. Stay away from this establishment because they do not care whatsoever about customers, have no problem hanging up on their customers 3 times and could not care less about maintaining any ongoing customers. I will never ever again order from this company, and I don't mean this location either. This was such a horrible experience that Thomas has cost not just his franchise,but domino's entirely next two generations of customers. F*** dominos, they don't even deserve to be capitalized this review

The driver didn't knock on the door or notify that our food was here after waiting for over an hour for it. So it sat on the ground for a few minutes. The pizza was cold and there is barely any sauce on my pasta

Order came out of oven at 8:51pm driver was on the way at 9:32pm was not delivered until 10:08pm Very bad that food sat there for 41 mins and total time I waited was over an hour. Food was warm and boxes were damp on the bottom because it sat so long before delivery. Not sure what happened that Wednesday night 3/2/22 and had no problems other times I ordered. Very disappointed.

Manager "Robert" and General Manager "Thomas" are both very unprofessional when dealing with upset customers with no de-escalation skills whatsoever.
If you order food, you expect it all to be there. But that was not the case for the wings we ordered along with:

After the complaint of the missing wings, we asked if Dominos was able to receive the old order with no wings and they create a new order with all items included that we paid for we were told "No".
It was amazing to be told by the "Manager" of this dominos that I "couldn't" speak to the District Manager about my complaint and that he was the only manager there at the location.
But when I asked if I could have the general manager's corporate information, he quickly muted the phone and moments later he came back on the phone and he responded "No".
I said so "I can't have a corporate email for the general manager to lodge a complaint?
The manager was heard yelling to someone else asking "CAN HE HAVE YOUR EMAIL?" hearing a male replying "No!"
So I asked the manager "Didn't you say no other management was available to speak with? (The Phone call was put on mute again with no response.)
Moments later after waiting the manager hopped back on and said "He was here but he left for a delivery."
I'm disappointed in dominos, I'm disappointed that this store is is considered part of this community, and disappointed that when I have a complaint to lodge for lack of service that I am treated as if talking to upper management is not an easily available task for being a LONG-TIME customer of dominos.
I am also disappointed that when we show up to dominos to pick up food the employees are all huddled up in a vehicle smoking. Literately they can do that on their own time. Super sad that these unprofessional experiences has me loosing interest in the dominos brand and what it stands for.
Where Dominos failed Pizza Hut picked up the slack. I was finally able to sit down and have some great pizza with the family. Fix it or don't dominos bottom line our business with you is through.

I have to say this was the worst experience I've had with dominos smh was towards the end of the night and ordered online and was so disappointed the pizza was burnt I asked for light sauce there was so much sauce when you bit into the pizza it squished out smh anyhoo its like they were like ah end of the night thrown together type stuff take better pride in your job and im spending my hard earned money I expect better service and quality I hope no one else has to experience this type of sadness. Very disappointed in the service 😒

Even though the timer was stopped indicating that my pizza order was delivered to my car it wasn’t. After seeing a worker deliver to two other customer’s I had to go inside the store to get my order. Nothing was mentioned of crediting me a pizza as advertised, since the two minute delivery to my car never happened.
