Customer service, as well as sanitation needs a definite improvement. Around 5:45p on Tues 4/12/22 there were three workers (at least 3 visual) at this location... a guy and two ladies working. The guy had gloves but the 2 women did not. Nobody wore mask but gloves are a necessity. I wish the owners would watch the camera for this day/time because I watched the lady on fries (long nails, rings on finger, no hair nets, and no gloves) cook and package food. She then looked up at the monitor while scratching her scalp before going back to food prep. She then grabbed packaging with those same fingers that she craped against her scalp like it was a normal routine or she was in her person kitchen. Unbelievable!! That of course is the sanitation issue. The problem with customer service is that I watched this while waiting at the register for a while. I walked in and the ladies looked right at me and then looked away. They didn't greet me, say "I'll be right with you", or acknowledge me other than looking irritated that a customer (me) had the nerve to want to order. I waited for a while and the "scalp scratching" lady with the glasses walked over with an attitude and just looked at me expecting me to order. I was so grossed out that I just said "nevermind" and I left. I can do without getting sick from these people and I definitely don't want anybody's germs along with their nasty attitude! OWNERS please meet with and reprimanded and/or re-train your insubordinate employees. Both attitude & hygiene of these ladies were totally gross!!

Customer service is lacking amongst employees and management at this location. They hardly get my order correct, as well. In the inside of the restaurant, there is always a puddle of water in front of the soda machine. Front counter and tables were dirty. Employees walking around clueless with their drinks in hand, then placing the cup down on the counter where the sandwiches are being made.

They always get my order wrong here, lately. This last time the food was definitely a leftover, the chicken patty too small for what is supposed to come on the classic big bacon cheddar, there were no onions and the bun was like a generic low quality bun I could get from the dollar store instead of the large fluffy cheddar baked bun that’s supposed to come on the sandwich. I asked for no fries and 2 cookies and got fries and 1 cookie. Checked my order as fast as possible and didn’t notice at first as I was rushed out of the drive thru by the unfriendly worker, turns out they didn’t give me a receipt either so they wouldn’t fix my order when I came back around to the window. They might have been new as they didn’t even know what was on their own menu as I had to clarify my initial order twice, repeating the name and the number on the menu. I’ve been going here every once in a while for 12 years and the quality has gone down a lot, not to mention they’ve replaced their nice employees with ones who barely treat you with respect as a human regardless of if you’re polite and talk with manners to them. I’m done with this location. Hire people who can learn their own menu, give receipts, bag the correct order and who can say have a nice day or something instead of glaring at me and waiting for me to hurry up and get out the drive thru.

MISSING or WRONG ITEMS EVERYTIME! Check your order before driving off. You will wait longer then needed just to end up with missing or wrong items. It's honestly impressive how reliable those mistakes are.

Love coming to this Wendy's but today was very left field person working drive thru was rude about something that she was in the wrong for in the beginning my total was 21.65 and I was charged for a completely wrong order when. I told her about it she caught a very rude attitude when inside and got a refund and paid for my meal and left.I work in food industry myself but arguing with ur customers is not the way to take care of your customers

I ordered an Uber eats order for a burger with no Mayo. It came with Mayo. So I reordered and the second burger had Mayo also. I checked the tickets and they said no Mayo. I called and the girl on the phone said it wasn’t her problem and to contact Uber eats. It wasn’t Uber eat’s fault! I called again and the manager said they had an autistic girl working and they “don’t feel sorry” for me if my orders were wrong because an autistic girl was working. I told her I have autism too! I have Asperger’s. It’s not an excuse. If an employee needs assistance or supervision they should receive help to make sure the orders go out properly. She then hung up on me. To use autism as an excuse to be rude to customers and not serve the correct orders is unacceptable! Terrible! Don’t expect them to fix your order. Just a lecture on patience for people with autism (That I have!!!!)

The food was warm,the fries taste and crispness was good. (Bourbon bacon cheese burger.) A little too sweet for me. Over all I will try a different burger next time.
