Jack In The Box

I has the loaded mini tacos & i loved them but my daughter didn't and i got a side salad it was good but i wanted thousand island dressing and they didnt have any UGH! My daughter got the $3 munchies box snack box whatever its called, the mozzarella sticks the breading is gross, but the onion rings a curly fries are good.. staff was friendly 👍

I really despise and hesitate going to any jack in the box. Don't get me wrong the food is good when cooked correctly and fresh. However my issue is with customer service. Everytime I go to this location I am made ro feel like I'm a bother. They toy with you at the drive Tru. They forget half your stuff and then you have to call and drive back to get your forgoten meal and they still don't get it right. I don't like to judge but the kids that work here, don't care and they appear and come across as if they are under the influence of something. I really wish Jack in the box would clean house on all San Antonio locations (especially this one) and retrain their staff. I will never go to this location again and just might quit jack in the box completely.

After waiting 20 minutes in drive through we were greeted at the window by a guy texting on his phone & asked to wait a second, then after he was through he asked us for our order. Called and asked for management, none there, called another store asked for the area management and got their number. We left a message for her to call but instead she had the store manager call us 3 days later. Never do business with them again....THIS PLACE SUCKS..

I ordered a single breakfast Jack sandwich. Was asked to pull in front of store to not hold up the line. No one was behind me. I have been waiting here 15 minutes. Still no food. Now there are three vehicles waiting. Worst “fast food” service ever. This place either meets expectations or just completely fails. Like today. But mostly fails.
