Dairy Queen

This happened a few days ago. My wife’s order was incorrect. She ordered the chicken strip meal and got the steak fingers meal. We ordered tacos and this is the way they looked when we pulled them out of the bag (see pic). My meal was ok. Our banana split tasted good but was all mixed up, but that may have happened on the drive home. Extremely disappointing overall.

I attempted to get a dessert via drive-thru. The line is excessively long (not sure why despite staff not resuming their work stations), and after about a 5-10 minute wait at the menu, they advise that they’re not selling ice cream. Sad. If you’re willing to wait 10+ minutes for food items when they have them 🙄 go for it; I’d advise going to a different location if you’re able.

There were about 5 cars ahead of me. It took approximately 12 minutes to receive my order that was placed. They didn't have tea but that was okay with me. The female cashier (DT - 2) at the drive thru window was very courteous and quickly handed me my order. The food (2 meal) was good and not too salty. The lemonade was also good. I would give 5 rating but no tea.

I like how the employees in the back curse. Made my cold burger that they forgot about taste that much better! And going three times and they were not ready for business. The cashier, the skinny girl was the only nice one. Talked to like a dog by her female manager. You can quit anytime girl, you don't have to put up with that! Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered at 7:30 it said to arrive by 7:45. Got there at that time only to wait 30 minutes longer for our food and to get home and realize our hot dog was made poorly with the bun squished and toppings on the bottom of the container and the fries from our combo to not be the size we order and the toast and fries to be rock hard. Very dissatisfied will not be ordering again

Went to order the chicken and steak basket. When we received the order we always check to make sure we get the right orders. steak basket was missing 2 pieces and the toast bread was burnt on both of them When we told the manager she had an ugly attitude took the basket's back we pulled around to the front and waited for our food. she comes out and just gives it to us not even I'm sorry sir, ma'am nothing just turned away and walked away angry! If the manager doesn't like working there then maybe she should just quit! for the amount of money we pay for the food and for service that's not right. Have notice at this place the Dairy Queen on s.w military drive has really gone downhill it's not the same like it was before.

Customer service was horrible all they did was play around joking away not attending to the customers. We waited 30 minutes for two banana splits while one stand by the the window getting drive thru first till we ask for our money back she was rude about it didn’t apologize for what what. She just said here’s your money and walked away. There was no customers inside so that was excuse for treating us that way.
