This location is 90% reliable. The food is usually done when they say it’ll be done, but over the years, they have messed up my order too many times. HOWEVER, they always right there mistake and usually offer something as compensation. The food is always hot and fresh. This location is carry out or delivery only, no dine-in.
Our food was splendid. We ordered both Dominos and Pizza Hut at the exact same time. Dominos won by 2 min. But regardless of the time the delivery driver was amazing. And the service was exceptional. Thank you so so much for the great food. Today is my birthday and yesterday was my friends so we decided to splurge on pizza so thanks for the great experience.

The stuft crust pizza that I ordered was so perfectly cooked and cut that I called the store to complement them. The driver was also quick, informed of our business location, and friendly. One of the best if not THE best Pizza Hut experiences I have ever had, and I worked for them 15 years ago.

This location is hands down the best Pizza Hut in San Antonio, maybe even dare I say Texas..... Seriously, the pies produced by this location are always high quality. Nothing is ever over cooked or unnecessarily greasy. They don't hold back on the tops at all; you get what you pay for. The deliver time is always quick and the drivers are genuinely polite and nice. Corporate should have this location train the rest of the Pizza Hut's because they're doing it right! 10/10!
