The food is good tasting because in all honesty, it’s difficult to screw up an assembly of food which is all they are really doing, assembling the food. What really makes this specific establishment terrible is the horrible service. Not only do the employees not care but they always seem to have an attitude. It’s usually better during the day hours but in the evening it’s substantially worse. This fiesta taco salad is a perfect example of what I mean. It looks half eaten & I paid full price for this! I’m sure the store manager could care less what sort of employees they hire since their biggest concern is just making sure the food is served and the business is making money. I won’t be coming back here again.

Now for the price, you are not getting silver plater quality food (it is a Taco Bell after all). However, the current work staff and service is impeccable. Charles is arguably the best you can ask for when it comes to a manager The attention to detail and genuine care for his costumers is astounding, he makes sure the customer is satisfied and sees to it that any issues are resolved in a professional manner and the eatery is always kept clean. This dedication is why I will return to this location specifically just for the service. 10/10 would recommend.

The food from this location is always hot and fresh. It's split with a KFC, and had multiple entrances. Two up front, and two entrances on culebra can reach this location as well. Traffic can get really bad in the afternoons, and this location gets busy during lunch, so expect a line. The staff is friendly and always smiling, which is appreciated.

Every single time I come here ,regardless of drive thru or walk in or short lines or long lines, the wait is terrible. You’ll be lucky to get out of there in 10 minutes even with a short line. Then when you get there and they have had all this time you can still get your order wrong. I don’t understand how you can be that slow and still mess up the order. Then the employees don’t care about their job. The store opens at 8. I get there and it’s closed so I decided to come back. When I can back at 9:00 AM I went to the drive thru and still received no response. As I was pulling away the first worker finally pulls in an hour late to the store opening. If you can’t open at 8 then don’t advertise that. The owner of this restaurant needs to have a serious workforce change.

Ordered there several times and had several bad experiences over several years. The last time I asked them to please get my order correct, sure enough they did not, all of burritos were small, something I noticed right away, when I pointed this out to the person who handed the food to me, he assured me that's what I ordered (with his manager right behind him). Sure enough I got home key ingredients were missing and what they did put in there was less than the standard amount. I tried to call them several times but the phone keeps hanging up automatically. Do NOT waist your money here. The standards are sub par and they have no intrest in changing it would seem.
