Okay, I normally don't like to review fast food places, but I was really impressed at how fast and friendly the employees were at this location. Stormy the manager was incredibly nice at the window and ensured we would be taken care of quickly. Our order was accurate too, but this was honestly top notch service for such a large fast food chain!

The way they do drive thru here is all dumb. Everytine I place an order it turns into "can you please park in the lot and we'll bring your food out". I am not ordering anything big or complicated. This defeats the entire point of a drive thru.

Now you probably don't go to taco bell based on reviews. I just wanted to say that this is by far my favorite one in San Antonio! I might not eat Taco Bell nor KFC that often, probably once a year. But this location has been here and has always treated me great! Hot and Fresh food, great portions, fast service!

Five stars for the cashier who ran my food out in the hail. But three for making everyone drive around to park to make said cashier bring food out IN THE HAIL.

They seem to not know what a bean burrito is. They gave me some weird, unidentifiable double tortilla, canned cheese, sour cream thing. Don’t bother calling….they NEVER answer. It’s really getting hard to support local eateries these days. The prices are stupid and so are the employees.

so for 22 dollars for beans I expect the order to be wrapped correct- at these prices I expect the burritos to be correct, and not have to figure out what burrito is what- causing more stress to figure out the puzzle- no more taco bell at this location for me- enough is enough- people will not forever pay these rip off prices, and tolerate the sloppy work
